    Day 1: Kathmandu to Lukla, trek to Phakding

    Morning flight to Lukla (weather dependent), gentle first day along the Dudh Koshi to Phakding.

    Day 2: Namche Bazaar

    Enter Sagarmatha National Park; climb to Namche for rest and acclimatisation.

  3. 3

    Day 3: Acclimatisation day

    Hike higher and sleep lower — essential for safe altitude progress.

  4. 4

    Day 4: Tengboche

    Forest and bridge crossings toward Tengboche monastery with Everest-range views.

    Day 5: Dingboche

    Move above treeline into alpine valleys; gradual ascent.

    Day 6: Acclimatisation in Dingboche

    Short hikes for altitude adaptation before pushing higher.

    Day 7: Lobuche

    Trek toward the Khumbu glacier moraine environment.

    Day 8: Gorak Shep & Everest Base Camp

    Reach Gorak Shep, then EBC — iconic Khumbu Icefall setting (exact day order may shift).

    Day 9: Kala Patthar & descent

    Optional pre-dawn climb for sunrise; begin controlled descent.

    Day 10: Return to Namche / Lukla
