Mantra Mountain Nepal Treks (mantramountain.com) is a trekking and adventure operator based in Pokhara, Nepal. For anything in this policy, contact mantramountainexpeditions@gmail.com.

• Enquiry forms: the name, email address, optional phone number and message you type, plus which page you sent it from. We use it to answer you and to organise a trip if you book one.
• Analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled, aggregate data about pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device type and referring site. We use it to see which guides are useful.
• Advertising: if advertising is enabled, our ad partners set and read cookies or similar identifiers in your browser (see below).
• Server logs: standard request logs held by our hosting provider, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not ask for passport or identity documents through the website.

We use Google AdSense to serve advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond, and to perform a contract if you book. Analytics and advertising are processed with your consent where consent is required. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the trip and our records; analytics data is retained on the default schedule of the analytics provider.

We do not sell personal data.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mantramountainexpeditions@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
